These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of qshastra.in, app.qshastra.in, related applications, demos, analytics, reports, APIs and services made available by Quant Shastra Consultancy.
By accessing or using the website, platform, demo or any related material, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Entity Information
The website and platform are operated by Quant Shastra Consultancy, a partnership firm based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

2. Scope of Services
Quant Shastra provides financial analytics, valuation-support tools, portfolio diagnostics, risk intelligence, document intelligence, workflow automation, AI-assisted evidence retrieval, dashboards, reports and technology-enablement tools. The exact features available may depend on access level, demo configuration, subscription or commercial agreement.
3. No Investment, Legal, Tax or Regulatory Advice
Quant Shastra does not provide investment advice, research recommendations, financial planning, portfolio management, credit ratings, legal advice, tax advice or regulatory advice. The platform is not an Online Bond Platform Provider, stock broker, investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager, credit rating agency, merchant banker, exchange, depository participant or execution platform. All outputs are for analytical, informational and decision-support purposes only.
4. Eligibility
By using the platform, you represent that you are legally competent, at least 18 years of age, authorised to bind your organisation if applicable, and that your use complies with applicable law.
5. Account Access and Security
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials, ensuring only authorised users access the platform, and promptly notifying Quant Shastra of any unauthorised access or security incident.
6. Demo and Evaluation Access
Demo access is limited, non-transferable and revocable. Demo users must not use outputs for live investment, trading, valuation, regulatory or client reporting purposes; present outputs as certified or production-grade; share access externally; reverse engineer platform logic; or use the demo to build a competing product.
7. Prohibited Use
You must not use the platform for unlawful activity; to provide unauthorised financial services; represent outputs as official valuations; upload malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; reverse engineer the platform; resell or commercially exploit without permission; or use Quant Shastra’s name or outputs for marketing without written approval.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in the website, platform, software, models, workflows, algorithms, user interface, dashboards, reports, templates, documentation, designs, trademarks, logos and related intellectual property belong to Quant Shastra or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred by virtue of access.
9. User Data
You represent that you have the right to provide any data you upload, that it does not violate any law or third-party right, and that where it contains personal data, you have obtained all required consents. Quant Shastra does not claim ownership over User Data but has a limited right to process it for providing and improving the platform.
10. Confidentiality
If confidential information is shared during demos, pilots or commercial engagements, each party must protect such information using reasonable care. For material pilots or integrations, the parties should execute a separate non-disclosure agreement.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website, platform and related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Quant Shastra disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quant Shastra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or economic loss. For free or demo access, liability is limited to discontinuation of access.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
14. Changes
Quant Shastra may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
